Outstanding range of beers, cosy beer garden, spacious Honeymoon Suite

Cleaning standards were lacking!!! A strong drain smell in the bathroom was disappointing!!! Rooms near busy roads suffered from excessive noise disturbances!!! Management needs to be more accountable for guest complaints!!!

i loved how close this place was to sherdley park, which was perfect for leisurely strolls in nature. The nearby cafes had some really delicious options to fuel my adventures around the city.

I had a very clean and efficient stay at The Eccleston. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The decor and condition of the hotel were good, and the location was perfect for my business needs. my friend who dined at the bar mentioned that the food was great, with generous portions. Breakfast was also of good quality and timely.

My room was quite noisy due to its proximity to a main road.

I had a pleasant stay while visiting Knowsley Safari, which was about a short drive away. The room was spacious and had good soundproofing, making it a comfortable base despite being on a main road. I appreciated the quality of the bed and the overall cleanliness. The bar area looked nice, although I didn't try the food myself this time. I would definitely consider returning.

The highlight was definitely the evening meal. the food was delicious and well-prepared, especially the eggs Benedict. the service during our visit was disappointing, with significant delays between courses and a lack of attention from staff, which detracted from our dining experience. while the accommodations and food quality were commendable, the service left much to be desired.

The large, comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep! I also enjoyed the exceptional evening meal, with a fantastic value and flavors that didn’t disappoint. The spacious room was well-designed and had a brilliant walk-in shower that was a delight to use. I appreciated how close the hotel was to Sherdley Park, perfect for leisurely nature walks.

The staff were exceptional , the service was fast and friendly. They gave my son a goody bag which kept him entertained , a nice touch that even made the waiting for food easier.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but what can you expect for this kind of quality.

The staff provided exceptional service they were attentive to every need. The room was not only clean but also had windows that opened unlike many hotels. The bathroom featured a large shower and daily towel changes which enhanced the experience. My friend who had dinner at the bar was pleased with the generous portions especially enjoying the halloumi salad.

There was some noise coming from outside that slightly disrupted my sleep.

Lovely spot, and the room was a delight! Surprised by the lovely decor, and the clean vibe was right up my alley.

But my room was a bit of a sauna—who needs a spa when you have sweaty sheets? And don't get me started on the stairs! A lift would’ve been lovely.
